Compare and Contrast

As I was walking down the street this morning, the City of Clayton had their Traffic Violation Cart motoring along issuing tickets for those stragglers who didn't feel like moving out of the way of the street sweeper. But just a short distance away, a car (with Indiana licence plate KF9719) that had been sitting overnight on the wrong side of a no parking sign was in no danger of getting a ticket thanks to the power of being across the change in pavement indicating the city limits. But you will know of this *oh-so-evil* deed once you see the picture of the day.

kamoranakrre could probably turn the picture of the day into picture-of-an-illegally-parked-car-on-this-street or picture-of-a-car-running-the-red-light-at-Skinker-and-Forsyth of the day, but that would be too easy to be much fun.
